KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Component layout, drawing interpretation and foresight to communicate potential issues and questions requiring client input
Building code interpretation and compliance
Municipality representation for site inspections
Meet with clients in parallel with Project Managers to discuss upcoming items
Maintaining scheduling as set by Project Manager
Scheduling sub-trades

Georgian College General Carpenter Apprenticeship program
Congratulations to Adam Burt, a Georgian College graduate and one of Tamarack North's site supervisors, on being featured in the latest issue of Georgian View! Adam candidly discusses his challenges with dyslexia during his academic journey and how he found success in the General Construction Carpentry Techniques-Apprenticeship program at Georgian College after starting as a carpenter's helper at Tamarack North.
As a longtime supporter of the Georgian College General Carpenter Apprenticeship program, both as a co-op and apprenticeship partner, we value the technical instruction, experience and knowledge that Georgian College provides our apprentices. We're excited to continue our partnership with Georgian College and look forward to many more success stories like Adam's!
